Gave this old girl a numberplate and took a quick pic before she kicked off back into the depths of the Breede River to get back to what she came there to do. Respect, conservation and appreciation are what I feel when thinking of this amazing once in a lifetime catch

PHOTO TIPS: when taking a picture of your catch, size doesn\'t matter. For the best shot remember these few tips1) make the fish the subject not the angler 2) focus on the fish, 3) try take the pic from the same height or below the fish 4) try get the person holding the fish to not cover it with his/her hands, 5) ask the angler to hold the fish forward, in front of them and lastly but most importantly, cradle the fish horizontally. fish hanging being held by their tail or mouth make for poor pics. Tight lines guys and let\'s see some good pics
